A Time-Honored Tradition
The Buccaneer Days Coronation is a time-honored tradition offering an enchanting experience filled with pageantry, music, magic and sparkle. This year marks the 72nd annual Coronation presented by Las Doñas de la Corte, an event designed to pay homage to Queen Isabella and King Ferdinand’s 16th century Spanish court and Alonso De Pineda, discoverer of Corpus Christ Bay. The Coronation celebrates the past and the present, culminating in an evening of artistry and extraordinary courtly splendor.
